Tempura dipper
A tempura dipper is a machine that immerges food products such as scampi, onion rings and calamari in tempura batter.
How it works
You need a tempura dipper to mechanically apply a layer of batter on fried onion rings, squid and vegetables. This machine disposes of 2 conveyors, which synchronously immerge the product in tempura or batter. If desired, your can manually adjust the line speed. Any superfluous tempura is blown away by a dryer before the product leaves the machine.
The big difference with a battering machine is that the tempura dipper does not pump the batter, making it extra light.
